About

A second read on
every ticket.

IT Resolve is an assistant for IT support teams. A technician pastes in a raw ticket — whatever the client actually sent, complete with typos, missing detail and the urgency they felt — and the agent returns a structured read of the problem: a triage summary with a category and severity, the most likely causes ranked by probability, a troubleshooting path with checkpoints, a filed incident report, and prepared emails.

It does not replace the technician's judgement. It removes the blank-page moment at the start of every ticket and the typing at the end of it, so the person who knows the systems can spend their attention on the problem rather than on the write-up. Nothing is sent or filed on its own: every draft is reviewed before it goes anywhere.

What it does

It reads a ticket the way an experienced technician does, then writes down what that technician would have written: a short summary, a category and severity, the causes worth checking first, and the steps that actually resolve the problem. Everything is produced in one pass, ready to paste into the ticket or send to the client.

Who it is for

Helpdesk and service-desk technicians, managed service providers running several clients at once, and internal IT teams fielding everything from a locked account at 9am to a failing backup at midnight.

Who builds it

IT Resolve is designed and built by its own small team of service-desk practitioners and engineers — people who spent years rewriting the same resolution notes and wanted the blank page at the start of every ticket to disappear.
